The following information is intended to provide you with a brief overview of our employee benefit plans. Detailed plan provisions and enrollment packages will be provided upon your employment with Wilson. There is a 30 day waiting period for participation in the following plans: health insurance, dental insurance, disability coverage, spending accounts, vision care, prescription drug plan and life insurance. The information provided herein merely summarizes the major benefits Wilson offers. This summary does not replace the legal plan documents, which govern in the event of any differences.
  • 401(k) Retirement Plan - The Company provides a match of 100% of your salary deferred contributions up to 3% of your compensation and a variable match depending on your Business Unit’s net income for the year.

  • Disability Coverage - Wilson offers both short-term and long-term disability programs, provided at no cost to the employee. Disability benefits pay 60% of your base salary.

  • Health Insurance - Wilson offers a PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) Network with your choice of individual calendar year deductibles, depending on need.

A High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is also offered, so that the employee may take advantage of the tax savings of a Health Savings Account (HSA).

An Indemnity Plan is available for those individuals located outside of the PPO network. This plan covers 80% of reasonable and customary charges after a deductible has been met.

  • Dental Insurance - Wilson offers a dental plan that covers 80% of reasonable and customary charges after a $100 deductible has been met. Additional discounts are available through dental practitioners associated with Met Life Dental.

  • Life Insurance
Wilson automatically provides life insurance for the employee at no cost. The amount of coverage is two times the employee’s annual base pay if death results from natural causes. If death results from accidental causes, the coverage is four times annual base pay. Additional Life and AD&D insurance coverage is available to the employee at a very reasonable cost. Optional dependent coverage is also available.

  • Vision Care - Vision care is provided through Vision Service Plan (VSP). Employees can choose one of two packages: basic coverage which includes an annual exam and your choice of glasses or contacts at a discounted price, or the enhanced option which includes an annual exam and both glasses and contacts at a discounted price.

  • Health Care Spending Account - Health care spending accounts or flex accounts offer a pre-tax method to save for expenses not covered under the health plan (deductibles, etc.). You can set aside up to $8,000 per year via payroll deductions towards eligible expenses.
