In addition, Wilson employs Customer Satisfaction Surveys and a Quality Performance Management System for customer feedback reporting as means to continually improve our quality processes.

Wilson provides products from the industry’s top suppliers in every product sector of our business. Wilson suppliers are required to adhere to the stringent Triple Impact Supplier Evaluation Program which includes ISO 2859 QA/QC Receiving Inspection, a continually maintained Approved Manufacturers List, and Enhanced Quality Checkpoints – all of which are the cornerstones of the Wilson IMPACT^TM quality program.
